1. Senior Research Executive- Nutrition Science
Location – Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India
Technology / Bioprocess development
- Develop new technologies / products using fermentation technology (Submerged Solid state), Microbiological processes, enzymatic processes , carry out fermenter process optimization and trouble shooting.
- Isolation and identification of microbial cultures, strain development (Mutation / gene modification), process optimization, fermenter parameter optimization using mathematical modeling.
- Perform protein purification using chromatography (HPLC, FPLC) and conduct enzyme assays for activity, specificity, and kinetics. Utilize mass spectrometry (MS) for protein identification and quantification, and apply spectroscopic methods (UV-Vis, fluorescence) for protein analysis.
- Prepare and maintain protein/enzyme stocks, develop protocols for extraction and purification.
- Perform electrophoretic techniques such as SDS-PAGE and Western blotting, with added advantage in handling bioinformatics tools.
- Experience in lab scale, pilot plant fermenter, centrifuges, filtration techniques (micro, ultra and nano filtration), different chromatography purification (Ion exchange and size exclusion), evaporation and spray drying
- Preparation of SOPs, STPs in compliance to the process. Active trouble shooting to minimize the various risks prior to execution and during execution.
- Experience with DOE and statistical analysis.
- Data generation, compilation, review, records and trends to formulate for the upstream/downstream process development order to support and make recommendations for improvements.

2. Assistant Manager – Admin
Location – Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India
Key responsibilities:
- To liaison and interact with government authorities based on operational for legal and statutory regulations.
- Understanding the Government Practices, rules, subsidiaries and regulations of Panchayat, District, State and Central.
- Prepares special reports and analyses as required for future laws and regulations
- To work with Tata CSR team for the wellness/protection of community health &Hygiene, provide prosperous growth support of surroundings/Local in compliance with local, state, and National regulations.
- Create a good relationship with all Government bodies and authorities to enhance the plant goodwill and to help on ongoing & future activities
- Manage entire employee life cycle for the BU from on-boarding to employee separation.
- Deploy employee engagement initiatives, capability building and wellness.
Experience: Candidate with 6-10 years of experience in Manufacturing HR & Admin with good compliance knowledge and liaising experience.

3. Assistant Manager – Projects Chemical
Location :- Mithapur, Gujarat, India
Role and Responsibilities :
- Compilation of various project proposals for preparing annual capital budget.
- Can Understand & Interpret Engineering drawings, layouts, Prepare technical specifications.
- Coordination with various departments for preparing and obtaining approval of capital expenditure proposals for individual projects approved under annual capital budget.
- Creation of WBS and AUC in SAP.
- Tracking of projects progress and reporting.
- Carry out feasibility studies of the new projects, de-bottlenecking plans, modifications and expansion of existing plants.
- Preparation of project implementation schedule.
- Preparation of PFDs, PIDs, layout plans and detailed engineering prepared in-house or through external agencies., Basic Engineering

4. Team Member – Production (Downstream)
Location – Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and turnaround of all process equipment in downstream. Calculation of productivity yield (including losses).
- Able to perform COP, CIP and SIP as per the schedule and whenever necessary for all equipments.
- Foam cleaning and washing with cleaning chemicals of Manufacturing area as per schedule or whenever necessary.
- Operation of mixed bed, chromatographic / SSMB (Simulated Sequential Moving Bed), Polish Bed systems, multiple effect evaporation and Spray Dryer.
- Write and review standard operating procedures and batch production records.
- Initiates deviations as needed, reporting and solving problems and issues.
- Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure other team members are trained.
- Operate general production equipment such as Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.

- Working knowledge in SAP
- Decision making skills
- Inter-personal effectiveness
Experience & Qualification: 3 to 5 years of experience with Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Dairy Technology from a reputed institute or University.
