Position: Rear Axle Design
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Skills:
Rear Axle, Propeller shaft, Wheels and Brake system Design
Responsibilities:
1) Design and development of Rear Axle, Propeller Shaft, Wheels & Tires Systems for HCV, ILCV and Bus segments.
2) Design of sheet metal, forging, casting Indian & International standards & Regulations & validation requirements related to Brakes.Design engineer
3) Handling product lifecycle activities for new projects/modification projects (CAD data proposal preparation, EBOM CADBOM release activities etc)
4) Resolve build and testing issues
5) Design allied activities like SOR, CIR, DFMEA, DVP, and FTR preparation and signoff
6) Interact with CFT for DFM, DFA, and DFS clearances
7) Ideation and implementation of IMCR activities
8) Vehicle Dynamics, Physical Metallurgy & Manufacturing processes,
9) DFMEA, DVP, APQP, G8D problem solving, DFA/DFS, NVH, VA/VE Techniques
