Your responsibilities will include

• Create tooling supplier strategy inline with sourcing strategy & long term capacity planning for injection molding & other commodities.

• Supporting the internal stakeholder in identifying & finalizing the tooling & capital equipment suppliers inline with procurement policy.

• Have an end to end accountability of tooling development which includes supplier finalization, commercial closure, IDP, DFM closure & tool providing at tool maker & molder for buy parts.

• Familiar with the Whirlpool NPI/EPI process for tool/Equipment & component development inline with WPD process.

• Performs product/process analysis for cost optimization, quality improvement, and improved efficiency

Your responsibilities will include

Lead & own Subsystem level projects in Cooling domain.

• Having good knowledge on heat load, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics & performance testing.

• Must understand the product, its functionality & product development process thoroughly

• Design & development of sealed system components, Knowledge on DFMEA, PFMEA and Root cause analysis required.

• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders in design reviews and technical forums.

• Shall have skill in selecting critical components like Compressor, Condenser, Fan Motor to achieve required cooling performance.

E-Commerce strategy:

• Engagement & business partnerships with the key e-commerce players on various business initiatives including Exclusive Product Launches
• Develop Strategic thinking for developing Online space Channel margins, Supply Structure and monthly demand plan
• Leverage cross-selling opportunities between Modern Trade and e-commerce

Your responsibilities will include

• Develop dynamical physical systems models, to represent appliance behavior or a motor/motor control behavior

• Sound understanding of motors and various motor control strategies

• Capable of proposing sensored or sensorless control strategies for motors or appliances

• Accountable for creation of libraries, capture and reuse of knowledge.

Participate in A0-A2 Process for advanced development projects which are run at a X-Platform level

• Integration and preparation of plant models for different applications (MIL, SIL, PIL, HIL, PC Based Simulations)

Your responsibilities will include

• Support the creation of the annual internal audit plan based on a risk-based methodology.
• Support the comprehensive risk assessments to ensure audit scope focuses on high-risk areas, including periodic reviews of both enterprise-level and individual audit area risks.
• Manage and lead several audits annually, overseeing all phases including planning, fieldwork, and reporting, while ensuring effective resource allocation, quality control, and team performance evaluation.
• Engage regularly with business leaders to present audit findings and evaluate key risk exposures.
• Build and strengthen the internal audit function’s reputation by fostering strong working relationships with various levels of management and senior leadership.

Should have work experience in WCM & preferably co pillar leader in Quality pillar to drive process excellence & Continuous improvement  philosophy on shopfloor
Carry out initiatives for CPM (Critical Parameter Management) /Test coverage and IT leverage
Hands on Experience in Problem solving by using quality tools & Systems, 8D, Six sigma
Monitor CAL (Customer Acceptance Lab), & FPY & Perceived Quality improvement
Non-conformance management which includes contaminants and permanent corrective actions
Excellent Data Analytical ability – good hands on Adv excel, powerpoint, communication 
Identify failure modes & perform risk assessment for Engineering Changes ECN (Cost/Quality/Productivity etc)

Your responsibilities will include

• Proactively identifying changes in market demand and modifying strategies for expansion of market share & achievement of primary & secondary targets
• Identifying & targeting new business opportunities and continuously expanding the existing clientele base through sales promotional activities
• Optimizing channel functions & flows, direct & indirect channel partner’s counter-wise targets, all-monthly channel partner’s incentives & payouts; ensuring optimum inventory levels with dealers to meet market requirements
