Key Responsibilities:
Mentor CMF team for innovation, continuous process improvement taking different initiatives.
Continuous research of design trends for automotive, product, fashion, lifestyle & technology for global & local context. Understand in totality the brand & design vision, product concept, target customer, program perimeters, vehicle architecture,
USP’s, technical & commercial parameters of the project. Create multiple design concept for CMF based on the above with objective of complete self-explanatory understanding of volume & design expression by the audience.
For production cars, concept cars & demonstrators. Collaborate closely with Digital and Visualisation team to create future CMF Designs.
Collaborate closely with DPQ function to implement the CMF Design themes.
