Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tool and Die Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Tool and Die engineering, along with a passion for manufacturing processes, tooling, and precision engineering. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates looking to kick-start their career in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing various types of tools, dies, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process.
2. Support the fabrication and assembly of new tooling, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements and provide input on tooling and die design to optimize manufacturing processes.
4. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving tooling-related issues on the production floor, implementing corrective actions as needed.
5. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing tooling to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
