Location: Guwahati

Skills Required: 6 – 8 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Raise Indents on the store as per production plan and deploy workmen to stations. Oversee the process of changeovers. Inspect mixing machines, oversee mixing activities and conduct sample checks; Check operating parameters periodically and adjust in case of deviation; Check and correct output for consistency, Decide on recyclability and identify root cause in case of mixing quality issues IN ORDER TO ensure mixing of dough as per recipe and quality parameters
