Role & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Development of new products/parts (Metal – Auto components)  
2. Understanding the needs of customer & incorporating it in product design. 
3. Managing Product design & Development workload. 
4. Responsible for customer query handling/technical meeting related to new product design/development.  
5. Responsible for monitoring and recoding quality, cost, and delivery time of each new project. 
6. Responsible for daily/weekly work planning for the project being handled. 
7. Responsible for new product technical feasibility study, DFMEA, Design review, DVP etc 

Education & Experience:

• BE Mechanical with 7 to 8 years of experience in Sheetmetal part Design 
• Diploma Mechanical with more years of experience 
• Knowledge of Sheet Metal Raw Materials and processes.

2.Team Member – Maintenance ( Electrical – 2, Mechanical – 2)

Location-Pune

Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all machine equipment (Facility Electric Equipment/Electric fittings)

• Implementation of autonomous / weekly/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance as per pla

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Injection molding machine 

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of SPM’s ( Metal Bending, Stamping, Assembly SPM’s)

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Utility Equipment like Compressor, Transformer, DG, Cooling Tower & Fire Hydrant Etc..

1    Accountable & Ownership in handling tool maintenance asset
2    Progressive tools Trouble shooting personally and also lead the team as well
3    Monitoring the MTTR & MTBF of Tool downtime, Prepare MIS reports and action plans for improvement
4    Breakdown/Damages/Wear & Tear Effective analysis, Preventive actions & Validation for the same (CAPA),

Role & Responsibilities:

 Responsible for New mold validation as per the defined standards
2 Participation in Design & feasibility review’s to contribute to result Mold first time right with right features
3 Monitoring the MTTR & MTBF of mold downtime , prepare MIS reports and action plans for improvement
4 Responsible to execute the ECN’s raised by stakeholders with proper documentation
5 Critical molds downtime to be maintained from time to time trend wise to decrease production loss
6 Preparing the major breakdown root cause analysis and effective action plan to correct the same and validation of results for work done
7 Spare part management to ensure there are no production stoppage due to spare unavailability
