1.Team Lead – Plant Finance
Location: Pantnagar, Uttarakhand
Department: UNIT FINANCE
Experience: 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
Financial Control and Compliance (Plant):
o To ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately with proper supporting documentation. No spill over of expense booking between different accounting periods. Ensure compliance to various regulations viz. Income tax, GST, MSME act, etc.
o Ensuring that proper procedures are established for securing the internal controls of the plant to overcome any risk and financial fraud.
Viz- correct release of PO as per the DOP and corporate guidelines, budget to be controlled at the commitment level.
o Ensure timely and correct capitalization of fixed assets by overcoming Gaps and bottlenecks by taking up with the concerned stake holder. Regular monitoring of capital advances and retention and taking up with PP/UP/S&Sc to clear the overaged line items.
o Ensure IT/automation of processes by bringing all processes through system workflow instead of manual work flow.
- Business Support
o To hold meetings and training with other divisions to explain new policies (DOP), and it’s implications on daily working.
o Project and capex evaluation—Payback and ROI (IRR) evaluation, Participation in Price negotiation, make or buy evaluation etc.; cost optimization projects (CFT)- provide ideas, evaluate ideas and quantification of savings.
o To hold meetings with Plant Head and operations team for budgetary control on AOH, POH and MOH to highlight the Gaps and expected overrun to enable them to take timely actions.
o Plant productivity and efficiency review, Monitor asset utilization, labour productivity, material movement monitoring etc.
o To help operating team to get approval for unbudgeted expenditure in line with DOP for seamless functioning of plant operations.

o Ensure selection, training and development of team members and also implement job rotation.
