1- Executive N – Business Development

Location: Remote

Primary Responsibilities:

Deriving Sales from distributor, direct dealer and sub-dealers basis budgeted annual targets and plans
Scheme communication to target dealers, direct dealers and distributors.
New product launch – pitching to distributor/direct dealer and sub-dealer.
Monitor Outstanding amounts for distributors and direct dealers. Ensuring recovery of OS and keeping OD under control.
Engaging with influencers like plumbing contractors and architects.
Selling to builders, govt sector, house owners and other projects as it is a significant section of the market

Qualification: Essential

-Graduate Degree in any stream (BA/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS)

-Graduation must be through a full time course

Desired

-Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing

Applicants with an Engineering background (B.Tech/B.E) may be considered with MBA

Job Responsibilities
Planning
Engaging with the Auditee for finalization of dates of Audit engagement and Assisting the Manager in the collecting information and documents relevant to be used for preparation of Audit Planning Memorandum (APM)
Identifying transactional discrepancies/inconsistencies in data extracted form ERP/MIS through Auditing Tools, Exception Reports or Manual Analysis
Participate in opening meetings with Auditee to explain the scope and objectives of the audit engagement to Auditee and provide an overview of all steps in the audit process

Key Interaction
Internal : With Various Functions across hierarchy such as Plants, Branches, Sales, marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Taxation, SSC ,IT, IBU
External :
– External Consultants
– External Auditors
– Other Vendors
Qualification-Essential: B. Com/BAF

Business Responsibility Areas

Assists Sr. Manager – QA for meeting the plant goals for quality.
Ensures implementation of Quality management system (QMS) within QA department and across the plant.
Ensures adherence to legal metrology act and quality system within the plant for paint processing, packing and polymer processing operations.
Ensures effective customer complaint redressal by accurate problem solving and implementation of identified action plans. Participation in cross functional teams with marketing and technology function for customer complaint resolution.
Take part in cross functional plant teams in quality improvement by FMEA, lean and Six sigma projects.

Qualifications

Essential – Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering

•   Guiding / supporting technicians on day-to-day technical issues.
•   Arranging for the spares required during the shift to attend to breakdown problems and maintaining the spares inventory.
•   Meeting personnel of user departments to discuss and prepare appropriate action plans for problems of a repetitive nature and for jobs that require general shift manpower support.

Monthly Activities:
a) Ensuring periodical service visits by annual maintenance contract persons and reviewing contractor

b) Ensuring the release of the Monthly Review Report on or before the 7th of every month.
c) Compiling data for the updation of the Monthly Breakdown Analysis report (ISO 9001 quality record).
