1-Area Sales Executive

 

Location-Nagpur, Maharashtra, India

Position Overview:

The position is responsible for driving secondary value & volume objectives for the assigned area. Will be responsible to handle EDGE execution at POS.

Key Stakeholders:

Internal : TSI (WS)

External: AW & AWSM, Retailers, Wholesalers (W/S)

Educational Qualification: Any graduate , MBA is desirable

Experience: 5-6 years of experience in handling GT Sales Field operations in FMCG industry .

Desired Competencies:

• Should have experience of working in FMCG sales function.

• Knowledge of working in SAP environment would be an advantage.

Able to handle team .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Objective Setting

• Monthly objective setting

• Quarterly Joint Business Plan (JBP) with AW and adherence to the same

2-S & F OFFICER

 
Location-Mundra, Gujarat, India

Required Experience- 2 – 5 Years

  • Reconcile raw materials / packaging materials with the SAP Register every month with Audited Physical verification Report and Transit stocks.
  • Monitor Efficiency parameters of Factory on Daily and weekly basis in terms of Financial Nos.
  • Factory Cost review and analysis includes Daily & Weekly Production, Breakdown, Defective, Labour, Power, Fuel efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stack holders (Production, Maintenance, HR, Quality) to found out root cause for major variance.
  • Daily & Weekly focus on Material consumption variance and do follow up with production for major variances.
  • Prepare and circulate MIS as per requirement of Unit, Region & EO on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis.
  • BOM routing and necessary action for corrections in BOM
  • Verify closing stocks of Finished Goods.
  • Needs to verify daily floor defective stock- Recyclable/Non-Recyclable.
  • Engage in CEP projects initiation.
  • Calculate Consumption variance / Recipe variance/ Wage Rate variance.
  • Follow up on FCC meeting action plans
  • Maintain Valuation Data in SAP.
  • Prepare reports to show the yearly closing stock valuation of Raw Material / Pkg Materials / FG (manually) and also the Capitalization of all Assets and Quantitative reconciliation of Stocks etc.
  • Control Production Costs

3-MAINTENANCE OFFICER

 
 

Location-Mundra, Gujarat, India

Required Experience-3 – 6 Years

Prime responsibilities:

  • Transformer and Generator operations and monitoring
  • MV panel , DG, Compressor & UPS reading has to be taken and written in log book
  • Utilities operations and condition monitoring (DG, Compressor, Bore well & ETP)
  • Attending of plant machinery electrical break downs and supporting to mechanical break downs to set right the plant ASAP
  • Condition monitoring of plant Machineries(Any up normality’s ,motor fan and its cover ,terminal in proper conditions and earthing in proper)
  • Daily log book has to be written and proper oral/written communication has to be given to the reliever

Associate responsibilities:

  • Participating in the ISO audits, Test verification and certification Validations etc.
  • Involving in developmental activities to minimizing equipment down times
  • Observing and learning of new implementations and projects
  • Ensuring all panel boards in proper conditions.
  • Timely information has to be given in spares requirement

4-Production Officer

Location-Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India

Required Experience-2 – 6 Years

Position Title: Supply Chain

Function: Production Officer Packing

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and deliver products and services

Manage Production Activities

Manufacturing & Packing/ Outgoing QA

Verify allocation and working condition of the machines. Check the adherence of operations to Quality systems and food safety norms like general hygiene, display boards, packphoto display. Assist the operators with any issue online. Verify S&F Transfer Challan vs. mixing tonnage. Prepare other production and labour reports.

In case of any production plan change or breakdown, alter machine setting, plan material change, issue fresh instructions to operators. Arrange for coding studs from stores in case of promo stocks.

Check biscuit quality via visual inspection; Randomly check pack quality (sealing, coding, paneling) and biscuit breakage. Decide on acceptance/rejection of biscuits. Decide on rectification and recycling methodology and allocate workforce for the same. Assign non conforming product and wrapping material to scrap.

IN ORDER TO ensure packing of biscuits is as per quality norms and production plans
