    Role:  Assistant Manager – Customer Service

  • Main Responsibilities /Job Summary (Primary deliverables of role & it’s scope)
    • Assist manager in planning and executing customer service functions and warranty management.
    • Plan / coordinate / assign / supervise with field team on daily basis for field complaints

Role: Assistant Manager – Electrical (41047)

KEY ACTIVITIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Operational

  • Ensure optimum deployment of manpower based on skill and requirement
  • Ensure adherence to electrical maintenance schedule (Preventive and Predictive) for the shift
  • Ensure appropriate preventive and predictive maintenance practices are followed, and contribute to their improvement
  • Prepare the plan for spares and consumables required for electrical maintenance in the shift
  • Take follow-up from the previous shift and allocate jobs and machines to workers for the current shift with guidance from Manager
  • Review log books and plan the shift
  • Conduct regular floor visits to check proactively if any maintenance work is required
  • Attend to major / critical breakdown of electrical instruments (electrical wiring, instruments, plugs. Lighting. Power sources, generator repairs, etc.) and support by troubleshooting when required.

KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS:-

Receipt of goods

  • Ensure physical inspection of all with Order list, Packing list and Requisition on arrival.
  • Ensure labelling of stock with appropriate stock number and place the same in respected bins.
  • Monitor report related to receiving discrepancy and over/short/damage report to take necessary action.
  • Ensure timely receipt of materials at its arrival and dispatch of goods as per sales orders to end users/customer from warehouse.

Warehouse management

  • Formulation of a plan to ensure effectiveness in inbound and outbound activities.
  • Constructively manage product flow, and product handling systems.
  • Ensure that there shall be no discrepancy in terms of the quality and quantity of materials received and dispatched

Role : Manager – Industrial Engineering (41380)

KEY ACTIVITIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning

  • Support the GM – Industrial Engineering in planning of the annual targets for cost saving and resource optimization for the plant
  • Schedule and plan the efficiency and productivity studies for the plant including doing the required coordination with other departments at the plant, planning the resources required and scheduling
  • Provide inputs to the GM – Industrial Engineering for planning of the improvement projects at the plant and preparing the presentation of the project plan.
  • Provide support to the GM Industrial Engineering in undertaking feasibility studies for the improvement projects at the plant
  • Provide support to the management during LTS agreements with the unions and provide the management detailed plans / alternatives on manpower numbers and productivity in line with production output plans.

Role : Manager – Indirect Taxation (41264)

Taxation and Filing of returns :-

  • Ensure that there are no deviations from the standardized processes as determined by the taxation team and all transactions are executed with highest level of accuracy.
  • Ensure 100% checking of all GST payment returns and MIS.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns for all states.
  • Establish and implement effective documentation system for maintaining papers related to litigation and ensure that the documents are easily retrievable.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of SAP with regards to all matters pertaining to indirect taxation.
  • To ensure that all documents pertaining to taxation are filed in a secure manner and are easily retrievable.

Role : Assistant Manager – Plant Quality Assurance (41369)

  • Develop and implement quality control and inspection procedures for in – process quality assurance across various production lines in line with Quality standards and processes prescribed
  • Review day to day inspections and tests conducted in each shop and conduct periodic sample checks
  • Review recurring issues and plan for corrective actions
  • Take shift handover and plan for smooth functioning of the shift
  • Provide instructions to shift auditors incase of special follow ups.
  • Review all log books and ensure conformance with SOPs
  • Conduct daily rounds of the shop floor to track abnormalities.
  • Conduct regular rounds in Raw Material and Finished Product stores to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Attend various meetings such as DWM, rejection meetings, SPC discussions etc
  • Conduct risk analyses, verification, validation activities, and formal design reviews, as applicable.

Role : Manager – Payroll (41177)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Payroll Variance & Zero Salary Rectifications with Retrospective Effect:
    • Utilize proficiency in ERP, particularly SAP, to ensure stability and correctness in payroll processing.
    • Conduct detailed monthly processing of payroll in S4 Hana, ensuring 100% accuracy in salary processing and compliance with regulations.
  2. Efficiency of Payroll Operations, Audit, and Compliance:
    • Monitor the number of opportunities for improvement and non-conformances received in internal and statutory audits related to payroll.
    • Ensure adherence to payroll timelines and closure of clearances on the last working date for management employees.
  3. Benefit Administration:
    • Improve survey scores related to payroll and benefits administration through effective management and communication.
  4. Improvement of Payroll Timelines through Automation:
    • Identify opportunities to automate payroll-related activities to improve efficiency and reduce processing times.

Role : Data Engineer (41040)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and scalable data engineering solutions to support the company’s data initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data engineering solutions.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from various sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability.
  • Deploy and operationalize machine learning models for real-time inference and prediction on edge devices.
  • Optimize data processing workflows to achieve high performance and low latency in handling large volumes of data.
  • Design and implement data warehouse and data lake solutions to support data analytics and reporting needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in developing scalable data solutions.
  • Strong experience in data engineering, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and data pipeline optimization.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL for data engineering and analytics tasks.

Role : Data Scientist (41038)

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of strong experience in building & maintaining machine & deep learning models
  • Experience in performing detailed exploratory data analysis (EDA) & having sound statistical knowledge
  • Understanding of concepts related to algorithm and deep learning architecture
  • Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, algorithms, predictive models, and custom analysis
  • Analysis of structured and unstructured data from problem statement to model deployment & business impact using ML/DL/AI

KEY ACTIVITIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Planning and Scheduling

  • Prepare a mould change schedule on daily basis based on tickets raised by the planning team and communicate the same to the team
  • Plan maintenance schedule in consultation with Maintenance head
  • Prepare the plan for spares and consumables required for mould workshop
  • Plan annual maintenance schedule in line with the annual plant shutdown plan.

 Role :- Assistant Manager Indoor testing (40883)

KEY ACTIVITIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES -:

New Product testing

  • Contribute to preparing test plan and  detailing the schedule and type of tests required for new as well as existing products
  • Study the product specifications in detail for which tests are to be performed
  • Understand the minimum performance expectations of each of the test to scope the tests
  • Organize, control, maintain and optimize the test environment and setup
  • Coordinate for availability of  the test equipment and resources required to perform the tests
  • Conduct the tests as per the testing procedures and ensure adherence to testing plan and standards
  • Capture the test results against the defined parameters for each test and prepare test result analysis report in a specified format
  • Co-ordinate and follow-up  with CFT’s like product development and marketing for timely resolution of queries related to product performance
  • Co-ordinate the entire homogenization process for obtaining the necessary regulatory, technical safety certifications for the products.
