Job DescriptionMajor Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Quality; Confirm Robot and Manual Process to ensure part Quality, Confirm the monitoring of Booth operating conditions such as Temperature / Humidity, Coordinate and support to Robot operators to Trouble shoot related deviations in line, Monitoring of Manual process related operations pre and Post Robot functions and ensure Body Quality. Real time Quality level monitoring in Inline related to Touch up and rejection and taking counter measures 2. Productivity; Man allocation at shift starting for each stages, Hourly output monitoring to achieve line efficiency, absenteeism planning 3. Line Management; Issue of Consumables to line on daily basis and material planning, Tools condition confirmation and planning for service 4. Equipment Maintenance; Monitoring of Equipment condition and ensuring the Robot condition maintenance by Robot operators, Maintenance of Air cap/ Nozzle / Hose and Regulators in Booth 5. Process Monitoring; Confirmation of follow up of Booth parameters and man related process adherence, DMS follow-up 6. New Model stabilization; Robot profile modification and re teaching for robot related issues during ILP → SOP, Line wise issues identification and punch points listing 7. Cost; Analyzing and identifying improvement opportunities for direct material and sub material cost saving by optimization of Robot application, Colour grouping monitoring and input planning 8. Team Management; Daily communication to the team regarding Quality index and safety message during shift starting, Flexi workforce Skill up training and stage allocation as per man power relieving 9. Safety; PPE adherence by stage persons and avoiding NG Near miss identification and correction in line 10. IR and ER; Team Attendance monitoring and counseling and improving low attendance, Line IR Related issues handling and communicating to the concerned for issues closure, Welfare distribution and Employee Queries Education: Diploma [Chemical**/ Mechanical / Automobile / Production] Relevant /Total Experience: 3-7 Yrs.
