Responsibilities:

Product Analytics: Understanding the impact of Ather products and its ecosystem on the customer’s ride / usage experience. Evaluating performance of features to help improve the company’s portfolio of products and services.

Consumer & User Insights: Assisting the Consumer & User Insights Lead in streamlining the Product Analytics Space (and the dashboards pertaining to it) and aiding the team with understanding user behavior, defining performance metrics and identifying existing / emerging trends.

Requirements:

A master’s / bachelor’s in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering / Data Science / Business

4 – 6 years of working experience in the product analytics field in a data-driven company or function

2. Business Finance Partner – Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

Business finance partner for People, corporate and IT Infrastructure cost centers – involves robust financial forecasting, reporting and analysis together with business partnering in each of the critical projects run by the function.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of test engineers and perform Automotive E&E component reliability testing. – Must have.

Reliability test planning , coordinating with test engineers for test execution and report preparation.-Must have

Derive correlation establishment for reliability demonstrated testing. Define the test to life correlation to prove the reliability of the E&E components using aging laws like Weibull or Arrhenius etc.- Must have

5. Controls Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Electrical section of all the SPM related RFQ that are prepared for Ather.

Responsible for Electrical DAP in all of the SPM’s that are developed for Ather.

Take part in the EFMEA and brainstorm on prevention control methods like sensors that can be added.

Design and Develop structural parts and systems like frame, swing arm, side stand, Main stand, Footrests, Grab handle, Handlebar etc.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material flow from point-of-supply to point-of-use for the finished good/ product for the service (spares) / component and sub-component level parts required for completion of the final product as well as plant maintenance.

2. Driving the equilibrium between Production, Service, and Inventory Planning in consultation with the Supply Operations division of the organization.

3. Develop a model to assess long term component requirements against different planning scenarios vis-a-vis capacity of the OEMs.
