Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates for engineering requirements via job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn
• Online Assessments: Assign and coordinate CodeRace online tests and maintain a track of the same
• Interview Scheduling: Administer interview scheduling, ensuring all stakeholders have the required instructions and guidance
• Salary Negotiations: Conduct salary negotiations with candidates and obtain offer approvals from management
• Offer Letters: Send out offer letters to selected candidates
• Document Collection: Collect documents from offered candidates before their date of joining for background verification
• Medical Fitness Forms: Share the medical fitness form with the offered candidates
