Reporting to Maintenance Manager-BTA, ensuring reliability of BTA equipment’s through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities through PO RE methodology: –

• Leader for Reliability Activities of BTA from Electrical function
• Manage Capex & operations activities of Electrical Maintenance in BTA
• Shift management of entire Electrical team
• Coordinating within the Business Team and working on HPT

Reliability:

• Leading the upgradation of absolute system for Reliability enhancement
• Implementation and follow up of Strategic Countermeasures
• Monitor and analysis for breakdown of Mixing, Calendering & Extruders etc.
• Site improvement activities
• Responsible to control of consumable consumption.
• To develop the Contingency parts for sustenance

Reporting to Manager-Material Process, ensuring executing safety related basics and good knowledge of Incoming materials,material testing ,supplier quality and  meeting  Waste and other quality goals, minimize waste and defects better than AOP. Development of talent by mentoring and coaching apart from common goals applicable to plant overall performance.

The Mixing Compounder is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials to produce high-quality compounds.

This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and knowledge of mixing processes.

1. Weigh and measure raw materials according to recipes/formulations.

2. Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

3. Mixing of compounds to achieve uniform consistency and quality.

4. Monitor temperature, viscosity, and other process parameters.

Quality:

• To maintain waste and defects within the AOP target.

• Lead Plant optimization DEC and WPO pillar and drive of all necessary requisites.

• Carry out plan for improvement for Quality.

• Ensure for SOP/System adherence on shop floor

• Cost Management:

• Meet the AOP’s cost and make sure all cost saving projects be complied as per expectation.

• Spare part management as per inventory norms.

• Ensure machine up time to avoid any production losses.

• To implement expension/ improvement projects within budgeted cost and timelines

Reliability:
•    To maintain upkeeping of machines within AOP.
•    Lead Plant optimization RE pillar and drive of all necessary requisites. 
•    Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance as per plan
Cost Management:

    To implement expansion/ improvement projects within budgeted cost and timelines

Reporting to Engineering Manager, to carry out Capital Projects working along with Engineering team and handle the civil activity in the plant: –

•    To handle all capital projects related to plant and co-ordinate with Engineering team members for its execution.
•    To ensure the Capital spent amount is with the budgeted amount and the scope mentioned during raising of Budget.
•    Coordinator for SAP PM module working with all BCs and reporting compliance.
•    Regional and Global report preparation and rollout
Capex Management:

•    Raising yearly Capex and follow up with Regional Team
•    Prepare all documents related to Capex uploading and approval
•    Follow up of timely spent of Capex
•    Control of monthly engineering spent
•    Coordination with MRO function for optimization the inventory.
•    Working on yearly special projects
Plant Optimization:

•    To drive RE/WPO pillar under Plant Optimization in Engineering function.
Safety:
•    Life Saving practices audit compliance as per regional guidelines
•    Driving major safety projects
•    To make sure safety and CTI compliance.
•    Ensuring of all legal compliances

Job Responsibilities: 

• You will partner with the Global and Regional HR teams to coordinate key initiatives/programs across the Center to ensure alignment with the overall organization and the other Goodyear Business Services Centers. Manage platforms aimed at maintaining consistency in the associate experience and supporting people managers.

• You will provide advice/counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices. Ensure that employee relations issues are properly identified/reported and thoroughly investigated/resolved.

Job Qualifications: 

• 12 or more years experience as an HR generalist/manager

• Expertise in managing employment framework, compensation, and benefits models (India location)

• Proven track record in independently leading HR functions, site setup, and ongoing HR management.

• Experience in setting up / leading or working in a Global Capability Center is  a plus

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop software applications to support key business functions for R&D. Coordinate, plan and execute software deployments to production, test and development platforms using documented procedures and tests.

• Troubleshoot and investigate. Develop solutions to problems involving causes that are not obvious. Respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors that do not have a known cause. Perform tasks necessary to ensure data integrity and system stability.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering. In lieu of degree, 8 years of relative experience.  Masters’ degree preferred.

• 3 or more years of experience in Information Technology 

• Basic knowledge of the current Office Product Suite.

• Understanding of Business Process Area supported – Continued growth in understanding company culture and business practices

• professional programming experience in Python, modern C++, TCL/TK, preferably in Linux environment desired
