INPQP Doddabalapura unit is  manufacturing capacitors and providing solution to Industry and utility to improve power quality such as improvement in reactive power compensation harmonic mitigation dynamic reactive power compensation.

Mission Statement:

Improve power quality of Industry, to reduce losses/ improve reactive power compensation  mitigate harmonic distortion etc to provide clean power to customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  •  Design of capacitor unit and capacitor bank.                                                                              
  •  Preparation of order bound drawings using AutoCAD software                              
  •  Design calculation using design software.                                                           
  •  Preparing Bill of material and uploading bill of material in SAP                    
  •  Preparing layout drawings                        
  •  Release the design data in Digital passport system                         
  •  Support to offer engineering by providing costing                 
  •  Support to manufacturing and testing  and service for design related queries
  •  Type test coordination with external laboratory CPRI  ERDA or any other approved testing laboratory             
  •  Material planning for long lead components

Your background:

  •  Bachelor of Engineer – Electrical.

PG Management Trainee – TCC

Engineering Sales is focused on providing technical advice and support to sales teams and conducting technical analysis of product configurations to determine customer specific pricing including: Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives. Researching customer technical specifications and estimating the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the product or solution. Evaluating sales proposals to ensure they are technically accurate and consistent with the organization’s quality standards. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and conduct initial user training An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Work Area: Within India and Overseas sites on case to case basis

Deputation Location: DBR, Bangalore

Products & Solutions: C&F, APFC, HPFC, SVC, FSC, STATCOM, DYNACOM, AHF, AIP….

Mission Statement:

·       Customer Relations: Contributes customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation. Create and maintains good relationship with customer and identifies new sales opportunities.

·       HSE: ABRA preparation, applies safety rules and safety practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Electrical safety (10 LSR), necessary PPEs knowledge.

·       Strategic Leadership: Coordinate with Operations, SCM and project management personnel for deliverables on daily basis.

Management Trainee – Sales Support

Description

Mission Statement:

Support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by working on technical solution, preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key resource in the assigned area.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Sales support
  • Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions to meet their power quality requirements. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
  • Offer preparation Prepares & supports preparation of technical & commercial offers based on customers expectations in terms of power quality, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. Participates in the kick off meeting organized by the project team.
  • Cost definition Defines & estimates cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization
  • Risk review Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with organization policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment.
  • Competitive analysis Analyses customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.
  • Sales process & Continuous improvement Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results. Work on improving current sales process and have a continuous learning mindset.
