Your role and responsibilities
Booking monthly or yearly order for the cluster North Analytical business both for business line analytical sales, services, managing and motivating the team to achieve the same. Collecting against supplied materials in time and continuous monitoring of the over due Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress and determining measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources. Developing and maintaining business relation with all the customer of cluster north related to analytical business Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time Ensuring a thorough understanding and fostering a culture of continuous improvement behaviors, methodology and processing within the organization Providing support to sales staff to improve their understanding of customer requirements, enabling them to identify potential constraints and proposes solutions Maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations while monitoring, reporting progress and results. Ensuring all staff (under scope) understand ABB’s core values, group safety, integrity standards and acting accordingly

Qualifications for the role
B E or B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales management, customer management, team management(5).
Experience in strategy, strategy implementation, resource management, capacity planning and governance
Knowledge on customer satisfaction and analytical product
