Your role and responsibilities
Identifying bottlenecks and analyzing through remote or on-site activity in different service categories Co-ordinating with authorized service providers (ASP) to attend the complaints on time and resolving them immediately Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer expectation and within specified time frame Coordinating, preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for all service-related activities Preparing all documents and service reports to be signed by the customer representative. Submitting reports in a timely manner and following up when needed Assisting zonal service engineers, warehouse team and ASP engineers in resolving the issues. Providing recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in relevant field
Experience in service field for low voltage switchgear components like ACB, MCCB, control gear, pilot devices, relays, motor starters etc
Time management and ability to prioritize and plan work effectively
Strong analytical and aptitude skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
