RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting Actions

To initiate benefits activities as per plan defined in the policy
To handle ServiceNow tickets raised by employees for various benefits
To send communication to concerned SPOCs to validate / approve the benefits application
To ensure accuracy of process of benefits application and coordinate with local / BSC finance / Payroll team for payment
To consolidate and collate nominations for various awards, manage payments through payroll, reimbursements, and any non-monetary benefits in a timely manner
To create MIS of processed benefits on monthly basis
Monitoring & Reporting

Rigor on weekly report with the leads, HRBP and Head to ensure all the processes are intact and SLA’s are within the TAT’s
Managing change tactfully and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction though accurate reporting and high quality
Strategy & Excellence

High energy and keenness to close the queries related to benefits and payroll
Hands on experience in advanced excel
Result oriented, with a high level of motivation for self and overall organization growth
To keep on reviewing the processes and systems towards automation
Seeking stakeholder feedback to keep on improvising on the way of execution
Person to be a go-getter
Dealing with ambiguity through innovative approach
Seeking feedback on processes and working on process improvement and enrichment
Providing proactive input to stakeholders from time to time for strategic decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification Required

Graduate or Full time MBA – HR
Experience Required

7 to 10 years of relevant experience
