RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute strategic plans for the company’s IT infrastructure, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices – Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency – Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in infrastructure projects and daily operations – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs, recommend solutions, and drive implementation – Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies – Ensure the security and compliance of IT infrastructure, implementing robust measures for data protection and risk mitigation – Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance the company’s infrastructure capabilities – Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly – Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships for infrastructure-related products and services – Prepare and manage the infrastructure budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – Master’s degree in IT management or relevant discipline (preferred)
Certification Required:- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification – ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification
