– Training need Identification
– Training Calendar, Planning & Scheduling
– Cadre Development
– Technical Learning Journeys
– Exposure to LMS and other New age Digital platforms for Learning and development
– Participant enagagement tools used during training
– Basic understanding of L&D Budgeting
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : B.E. / B.Tech
ISTD (Indian Society of Training and Development) Course Preferred

Experience : 3-7 years of Solar Manufacturing
