Your Role

Responsible for Autosar stack integration and Configuration for Automotive ECU’s
Technical lead  and  coordination of Autosar  development/integration activities.
Support Autosar/Product architect for the design and implementation of software architecture based on AUTOSAR .
Involved in all aspects of the product development process (concept, design, validation and production) – ASPICE
Must handle the interaction with project management both locally and overseas and need to work with teams at global locations across different time zones
Must be self-directed, highly motivated, eager to learn, and organized with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in engineering discipline (IT/EE/EC/CS/Instrumentation/Robotics).
Minimum of 4 years of embedded C software development experience with the AUTOSAR architecture
Expert in Embedded C/C++ programming
Analyze, interpret and clarify customer Autosar requirements
Deep expertise in more than  three AUTOSAR BSW stack/MCAL modules- com stack(FlexRay,CAN,LIN,Ethernet),Memory Stack, Diagnostic Stack, Cybersecurity Stack ,OS, Watchdog ,MCAL
Experience in CDD & RTE
Experience on Vector/Mentor Autosar Tools
Experience on Autosar Multicore architecture
Understanding of 16/32-bit microcontrollers
Experience with min one microcontroller architectures: Renesas RH family or TRICOR or PowerPC architecture
Automotive Product Development Process knowledge (ASPICE, ISO26262)
Develop and implement an architecture verification plan.
Interface directly with automotive OEMs to understand requirements and review designs.
Interface directly with suppliers to understand and influence design aspects that impact the software.
Agile Software Development
Excellent written and verbal  communication skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead initiatives and development activities
Experience on Adaptive Autosar
