Role and responsibilities
1.1   Responsible for New mold validation as per the defined standards
1.2   Participation in Design & feasibility review’s to contribute to result Mold first time right with right features
1.3   Monitoring the MTTR & MTBF of mold downtime, prepare MIS reports and action plans for improvement
1.4   Responsible to execute the ECN’s raised by stakeholders with proper documentation
1.5   Critical molds downtime to be maintained from time-to-time trend wise to decrease production loss
1.6   Preparing the major breakdown root cause analysis and effective action plan to correct the same and validation of results for work done
1.7   Spare part management to ensure there are no production stoppage due to spare unavailability
1.8   Implementation of improvements / Kaizens to enhance the productivity & quality
1.9   Planning and execution of trainings required to team to the team for enhancing the skill level
1.10   Preparation and maintaining the QMS & other documents
1.11   Responsible for on time preventive maintenance as per the defined schedule
1.12   Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment if needed
1.13   Coordinate with internal stake holders to deliver the right parts at right time ( OTIF )
1.14   Adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and 5S in the work area
1.15   Responsible for the upkeep of molds to reduce major breakdown and production failures
1.16   Must involve in trouble shooting personally and also lead the team as well

– Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills:

• Knowledge of raw materials & applications • SAP Skills.

• Hot runner system handling

• Knowledge of different type of coatings
