Physical parameters testing of PCE and SNF raw materials and Admixture (pH, Specific gravity, Solid content etc.).
Aggregate testing like gradation, specific gravity, and water absorption of sand, 10 mm, 20 mm, understanding on concrete mix design as per IS 10262 & IS 456, and water reduction test of PCE polymers as per IS 9103.
Should have understanding of concrete trials and results like slump, flow, setting time etc.
Evaluation of performance of raw materials like retarders and finished goods admixture via physical test as per IS 9103 and concrete trials.
Ensuring on time dispatch of Finished goods along with MTC.
Ensuring laboratory equipment calibration and predictive maintenance.
Ensuring laboratory and product compliance as per applicable standards like ISO, ASTM, EN etc.
Troubleshooting in case of manufacturing/ processing issues.
Attending and resolving Customer or site complaint.
Conducting regular quality audit at OPC and publish report.
Independent co-ordination with SC/ Mktg/ Sales & TF
