Job Purpose
Ensure availability of stocks as per the requirement of the sales team for a division at minimal cost and avoid stock outs to prevent loss of sale.

 

Business Responsibility Areas

– SPOC for servicing of Finished goods for a specific division and requires close co-ordination with sales team
 Identify market criticalities and probable stock-outs as per sales pattern and work to ensure that the loss of sale is minimized
 Have an open communication with sales team so that criticalities are shared by sales team and the dates are aligned for connecting the material.
 Continuous monitoring of the stocks in the regions and initiate pull backs for maldistributed inventory to reduce the unproductive stocks in the system
 Communicate the criticality to stakeholders and work with them to ensure compliance.

– Manage team of 1 or more people and ensure that the work clarity is available, and tasks are executed on time

– Identify areas of improvements and work on projects

– Make servicing notes highlighting the coverages and areas of concern to the sales team for seamless decision making and visibility

– Represent supply chain in Divisional meets etc.
