Role Description
Job Purpose
To execute export orders as per Asian Paints Global units requirement from Asian Paints India
To interact & coordinate with various stakeholders for serviceability of export RMs/FGs from AP India
To manage documentation of processes falling in the area of supply chain
To extend support related to RM procurement from Central Vendors list
To maintain the MIS and various reports generated by the departement and timely reporting

Key Performance Indicators
To do costing, co-ordinate with DBU supply chain, raise Quotation/PI/ Order in SAP
End to end tracking of all export consignments, adhering to the Service levels and follow up with AP India plants.
Ensure OPL planning of AMC with units & central planning, ensure CHA budgeting & contract management
Support team in areas of supply concern from AP INDIA
Update and maintain all export related documents, MIS and timely reporting
Preparation of monthly MIS reports for Procurement related Analytics
Scrutinise and ensure timely payment against invoices submitted by CHAs & Warehousing for services delivered
Maintaining Export Service levels
Timely support to various stakeholders in for RM related concerns
Timely submission of MIS reports
Dashboard maintenance for Purchase Analytics
