Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in defining product architecture, implementing new features, and ensuring the highest performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers, Team Leaders, and Architects to define and develop robust software solutions.
- Design, implement, and test frontend and backend applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, including planning, coding, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the success of the IVA Studio platform and maintain high-quality standards in development.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.
Required Skills & Technologies
Frontend Development
- Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript
- UI Development experience
Backend Development
- Node.js, TypeScript
- RESTful Web Services, MongoDB/NoSQL databases
- Linux/Unix services
Additional Skills (Desirable but not mandatory)
- Experience in Telecoms, VoIP, Real-Time Analytics, Encryption, Networking
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, SaaS), AI, ML, NLP, and Automation
- Familiarity with Unit Testing, Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices
