What you’ll do at Ather

Responsible for managing a group of service trainers and OJT Technicians.
Designing and executing service orientation programs for new hires at Retail Partner (RP) and in-house.
Schedule the training planner, communicate job expectations and enforce policies and processes for new hires.
Responsible for achieving vehicle service training operational objectives by contributing service training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining service training system improvements; and implementing change.
Meet service training financial objectives by forecasting service training requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Determine training requirements by studying service and marketing strategic plans and current service results; conferring with service executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.
Develop job results resources by designing information systems, maintaining libraries and databases, and building interactive and integrated job support systems.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organisations.
Accomplish service training and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
Ensure training content is periodically updated.
Here’s what we’re looking for

Instructional designing knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Automobile training industry experience is mandatory. Working for an OEM would be an added advantage.
Influencing team decisions cross-functionally OR Influencing project decisions cross-functionally.

Solving problems successfully.
What you bring to Ather

Graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience with at least a minimum of 6 years in the training field.
Vehicle service background is mandatory
2 years of managerial experience.
B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering would be preferable.
