You’ll be our: Project Manager
You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore
You’ll be aligned with: Test Operations and Test Management
You’ll be joining our: Product Validation Team
What you’ll do at Ather:
Manage the budget and be the SPOC for the whole of PVL and PQ. Track and monitor the budget spend and resolve payment issues.
Coordinate on the calibration activities of test & measurement equipment from PVL
Schedule and prepare the minutes and follow up to closure of all the internal team meetings
Prepare timelines and resource loading charts by working with other team members on a need basis and for automation and Kaizen activities.
Coordinate with external vendors (on need basis) on the purchase of critical equipment for the team. Track and monitor procurement activities.
Lead automation requests from PVL and coordinate with the Automation team to track the progress of possible solutions.
Support the team by coordinating with different stakeholders on vehicle breakdowns, components not available for tests, report closure, check if the teams are following the process or not etc.
Managed and collaborated with the Testing, EHS, Finance, Legal and Admin team to ensure smooth operation at the labs with minimum compliance issues.
Organize compliance and safety related training to ensure Zero-Harm to the employees.
Manage and assist in Calibration audits, EHS audits, and audits for Trade certificates for Test Vehicles, audits for Asset. Take necessary actions and close the audit points, Government Factory inspections and other concerns with the valid reports as needed.
Coordinate the Benchmark Vehicle request across different teams.
Maintain the Trade Certificates of Red Plates & Benchmark Vehicle- service, Insurance renewals.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Sound understanding of the vehicle structure and its components.
Good in Team Handling, Test Operations and management.
Excellent communication skills.
What you bring to Ather:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, MBA (optional).
5+ years of experience in Engineering Project management
