You’ll be joining our: New product quality team
What you’ll do at Ather:
Assess reliability levels of running programs.
Set up a robust mechanism for disseminating reliability information to Swimlanes / Management.
Reliability, Durability, Life, Maintainability & Serviceability target setting for new product
Design and deploy reliability & durability assessment models for testing
Evaluation of DVP/ test effectiveness and trigger test improvements of same
Continuous reliability assessment of field vehicles
Bathtub study road map preparation and execution plan
Ensure timely availability field quality information to Swimlanes
Monitor improvement action effectiveness.
Ensure validity of field quality metrics calculation in production data pipeline
Design field data collection methods and tools to develop reliability data base for various products and components.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
Thorough understanding of reliability estimations and calculations of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical and SW systems.
Rich experience in Reliability target setting, Test designing, Bathtub study, reliability prediction, MTTF & MTBF estimations.
Working experience with different statistical distributions and data analysis
Experience in data management and data visualization
Ability to interact with other domain experts and system thinking
What you bring to Ather:
BE / B Tech in Reliability engineering OR Masters in Reliability engineering or equivalent from institutes of repute.
3-5 years of relevant experience in new product development and field management.
From Automotive background (Commercial / Passenger / 2W / EV segment).
