🔥 Key Responsibilities
✅ Development & Strategy
- Design, develop, and implement backend solutions using NodeJS and AWS Cloud
- Understand business requirements and align technology solutions with project goals
✅ Technical Expertise
- Work extensively with NodeJS, PostgreSQL, AWS
- Develop scalable, high-performance applications
- Perform proof-of-concepts for new technologies and strategic initiatives
✅ Project Delivery
- Own the development process, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost adherence
- Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with testing, environment, and configuration management teams
✅ Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure solutions align with Standard Chartered’s standards and compliance requirements
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
🔹 Strong experience with NodeJS, AWS, PostgreSQL
🔹 Knowledge of Java, JavaScript
🔹 Ability to track project delivery using JIRA
🔹 Experience in performance testing and capacity planning
🔹 Strong problem-solving and communication skills

🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
🗣 Proficiency in English
