Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Windchill Consultant and Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on PLM strategies, leading the implementation of Windchill solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of PLM solutions using Windchill, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Provide expert guidance on PLM best practices, processes, and methodologies to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
Lead the development of project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Lead the configuration and customization of Windchill modules to meet client requirements, including workflow design, data migration, and system integration.
Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Windchill solutions.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Windchill implementations, including bug fixes, system upgrades, and enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Mechanical, Electrical related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in PLM implementation and delivery, with a focus on Windchill.
In-depth knowledge of Windchill modules, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, Change Management, and Workflow.
Experience in PLM customization and configuration using Windchill APIs, Windchill Info*Engine, and Windchill Business Administration Console (BAC).
Strong understanding of PLM best practices, processes, and methodologies, including configuration management, BOM management, and change management.
Experience in system integration with other enterprise systems, such as SAP, CRM, and CAD.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
High-level understanding on Java/J2EE, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript, Groovy Scripting, SQL
Windchill certification is a plus.
