1 Preparation and Conducting board meetings, committees, and member meetings (AGMs/EGMS) and follow up on action points.
2.Drafting of Minutes Book (Board, Committees and Members Meeting)
3.Updation of Statutory Registers Drafting and Filing of forms with Registrar of Companies (KYC, MSME Filing, Annual Filing, DPT 3 any other filing as per event triggered)
4.RBI Compliances (Filing FC-GPR, FLA Return, ESOP any other as per event based)
