Job Description
* Develop the manufacturing process with BPS concepts
* Analyze & provide the capacity as per business plan
* Develop robust manufacturing process to meet the customer & quality
demand
* Planning & providing the required capacity by means of new
equipment, process improvements
* Support production for all the improvement activities related to Q/C/D
* Plan & implement the BPS concept in the value stream.
* Coordinate with other value streams & other departments, IPN &
Manufacturing Networks to learn from best
* Documentation – PFMEA , Process Flow , Control plan , Work
instruction
Qualifications
BE mechanical/ Automobile / production
4-8 years of experience in manufacturing planning for automotive industry
