Educational Qualification:
MBA in HR
Experience:
1-3 years’ experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Recruitment end to end for all open positions – On-Roll and off-Roll employees.
Initiate manpower requisition process and ensure the Recruitment is closed within the
assigned TAT for particular grade of hiring
Source CVs through various job portals, employee referrals and consultants
Schedule interviews of candidates with HR Business Partners and Department Heads
Follow-up and coordinate with candidates or consultants during each step of the
hiring process
Negotiation of the offer and roll-out to the candidates
Prepare Induction plans for the new joiners
2. Employee engagement
Spearhead in the employee engagement initiatives planned for the relevant functions
Spearhead in the HR initiatives decided for the functions
Planning and execution of Reward and Recognition event
3. Maintain and update Recruitment MIS
4. Coordination with the internal stakeholders for the smooth On-boarding
5. Coordinate for the PMS Cycle and timely completion through regular tracking and follow
up with the business
6. Supervise vendor for compliance and contract employees.
7. Attrition control and RAG analysis
8. Conducting assessment centre for off roll employees.
9. Supervising off roll life cycle management (recruitment, attrition,salary and incentive processing, etc)
