xxxx is seeking a passionate and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in your assigned area. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and bring new customers on board. This role requires excellent sales and marketing experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on the sales and distribution of life & health and general insurance products.
Generate leads through client referrals, sales team support, and proactive business development efforts.
Build instant rapport with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive regional sales strategies, create business opportunities, and assist with the empanelment process.
Gather and analyze data to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing team.
Coach and enable the sales team, providing sales enablement solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce/Lead Squared).
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails.
Organize and review sales performance, striving to meet or exceed targets.
Identify prospective clients and explore opportunities to increase sales growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the territory.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and execute 3PL sales plans.
Liaise with marketing and training teams to ensure sales executives are equipped with the necessary tools and collaterals.
Devise and implement strategies to develop existing accounts and generate new sales.
Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and the selling of 3PL services.
Utilize sales and CRM tools for lead capture and management.
Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
Coordinate marketing and sales activities within the assigned area.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing to generate sales revenue.
Develop and execute successful sales campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key sales performance indicators and trends.
Actively source new sales opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
Manage and coordinate marketing activities in the assigned area.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and distribution industry.
Strong sales and marketing background, meeting and exceeding targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce/Lead Squared).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passionate, self-motivated, and hardworking.
Experience in the advertising/marketing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of banking, insurance, education, fintech, edutech sectors is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
Previous experience in outbound call centers or inside sales positions is preferred.
Demonstrated record of success in inside sales.
Knowledge and experience in the IT industry is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of daily processes and goals within different departments.
Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze data.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
