Role Objective
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, develop digital solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and explore innovative technologies. The objective is to optimize business processes and improve overall profitability through strategic insights and workflow enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process and Workflow Design
- Understand and analyze business requirements to enhance process mapping.
- Design workflows by breaking down complex procedures into manageable steps.
User Stories Assessment (INVEST Principles)
- Utilize agile techniques to define software features and requirements from an end-user perspective.
Business Process Modelling & Requirement Analysis
- Develop business process models incorporating analytics, activity monitoring, and decision management.
- Identify gaps and opportunities by mapping business requirements to existing processes.
- Conduct impact assessments and propose necessary adjustments.
Project Management Tools
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence to manage stakeholder engagement, resources, budgets, and problem resolution.
Data Visualization
- Represent complex data in graphical formats such as charts, graphs, and maps.
- Leverage data visualization tools to identify trends, outliers, and patterns for informed decision-making.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Feasibility Reports, Project Assessments & ROI Documents, and RINGIs.
- Draft official letters, reports, and notifications to document key business insights.
