1) Responsible for Process and product audit.
2) Customer interaction for Quality Issues
3) Monitoring 4M Change management.
4) Poka Yoke Verification.
5) To present Corrective actions for Internal and external Issues.
6) Rejection and rework analysis with action plan.
7) Intial Production control and monitoring of NPD parts.
8) To carry out process capability study as per plan.
9) BBS audit & Layer audit as per plan .
10) To carry out improvements & Particpation in Kaizen activities.
