Position Name
System – HIL Test Engineer
Experience
7-10 years
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using scripting languages and other custom tools.
Develop Test scenarios at system level based on the customer requirements in the HIL environment.
Execute in HIL Test followed with data analysis, post processing, compiling and analysis of the Test results.
Perform ECU flashing and support Test environment build up preparation.
Understand the System, SW and HIL architecture.
Estimation of the Test effort based on changes/ impact and requirement analysis
Ability to quickly learn complex systems and new technologies.
Experience in Automobile validation and test automation
Experience in Vehicle network protocols (CAN, CANFD, FlexRay and/or Ethernet)
3 to 7 years of experience on working on system HIL for Adas, PSS, VED and other active automotive ECUs
Experience working on various HIL from the Market, DSPACE, IPG car maker, NI hardware, Flex device etc.
Hands on Experience in CAPL scripting, Python scripting
Experience working on Tools like CarMaker, PCAN, power supply, bike maker.
Experience in working with configuration management tool.
Experience in requirement and bug tracking tool
Experience in designing the test cases and test steps.
Your profile
Mtech/Btech/BE in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronics /Electronics and Communication/Automotive Engineering.
Our offer
Strong Programming skills- CAPL scripting(mandatory) and Python scripting languages
Good knowledge on ASPICE and 26262 standards
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge in the CAN protocol, automotive Ethernet, diagnostics, UDS, Vector tools like CANoe, CAN HW.
Knowledge on Radar concepts, Radar HIL , ADAS functionalities
Familiarity with software testing standards (e.g., ISTQB certification).
Hands on experience on DOORS, DOORS-NG, GITHub and Jira
Good verbal and written communication in English language
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
