Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile environment managing the end-to-end software development cycle
- Develop high-level and detailed technical designs
- Build strong relationships with business partners and understand their needs
- Identify opportunities for cross-divisional collaboration
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on software development experience in Java, C/C++, Python, or Scala
- Exposure to RDBMS and NoSQL datastores
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of data structures & algorithms
- Experience in full-stack development
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in finance is a plus
