The Role: The role is about numbers, domain understanding and detail orientation. You will be expected to do heavy number crunching on SQL and Excel on data for the SME and Consumer Business. The analysis is expected to be not just data but insights that drive marketing, sales and product decisions for the business. You will work directly with the Business Head and help them make key strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
Build data dashboards that are focused on impact and areas of focus for the business
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies and help drive improvements along with the Business Head
Understand customers via data, create segments and provide insights on what sales, marketing and product can do to drive value
Creating progress reports, proposals and other documents and presentations for active tracking and implementation of existing and new programs
Working with vendors/ partners in setting up and continually improving reports and dashboards
Market research into possible new business segments and business lines, inclusive of theoretical and on-ground research
Coordinate the reviews and updates on various initiatives and action items of multiple teams to ensure progress as per the plan
Creating and working towards creating a data-centric culture with the SME and Consumer Business
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree – B.Tech ONLY(preferably from tier-1 institution)
Minimum of 2 year experience in business analysis or a related field
High Proficiency in MS Excel and ability understanding of SQL fundamentals is important
Previous experience with prescriptive business analytics
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions from the same
Effective stakeholder management skills
