Job Description:
As an Engineer I specializing in chat data analysis and NLP, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our chatbot’s capabilities and user experience. Engineer I Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage in Chat Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to uncover hidden use cases, identify anomalies, and derive actionable insights from chat data.
- Python Code Development: Build and maintain robust Python code to engineer new features and functionalities, ensuring scalability and efficiency in our systems.
- NLP Pipeline Development: Develop and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines to improve the chatbot’s understanding and response accuracy.
- Kibana Dash-boarding: Create visually appealing dashboards in Kibana for effective chat data visualization, enabling stakeholders to gain valuable insights at a glance.
- Splashboard UI Development: Actively contribute to the development of the Splashboard UI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Prompt Tuning and Finalization: Assist in prompt tuning and finalization for our 2.0 system, leveraging chat data insights to optimize prompt effectiveness and user engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in chat data analysis, NLP, and Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy).
- Experience with Kibana or similar data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of UI development principles and experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa).
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch and related technologies.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech startup environment.
