Tax Advance Analyst – The primary role of a Tax Advance analyst is to analyze/prepare shadow payroll inputs for accurate withholding tax and social security shadow payroll calculations and develop a collaborative relationship with EY colleagues.

Your key responsibilities
Demonstrate an understating of basic payroll concepts. Proactively expand shadow payroll knowledge through client assignments and stay current with payroll developments
Analyze/prepare shadow payroll inputs for accurate withholding tax and social security calculations
Respond to inquiries from in country teams, seniors, managers regarding payroll issues or concerns
Reconcile payroll processed data
Deliver high quality timely work
Review and Understand country methodology, withholding grids and positions, apply them to specific client needs
Maintain proper documentation/checklists of work delivered. Prepare dashboards
Develop client service and engagement skills
Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects, as requested
Establish a positive working relationship with teams
Skills and attributes for success
Demonstrate effective written and oral communications skills in business English
Good systematic, verbal, and numerical skills
Good working knowledge of MS office
End to end payroll experience (Preferred)
To qualify for the role, you must have
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred) Degree
Ideally, you’ll also have
Good working knowledge of MS office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent Written and oral communications skills in business English
