About the Role:
Person is the end-to-end responsible for managing Country Purchasing Activities for GP Categories with the purpose to:
Execute sourcing of specific local categories for Plant.
Align with business and ensure that SLA’s and KPI’s for General Purchasing Categories are delivered and respected.
Supporting Country GP Manager by being point of contact for internal stakeholders (business functions and plant) of the country for any request related to GP categories.
Ensure E2E Procurement related activities and compliance of Process Governance and procurement policies.
Facilitate and coordinate the local implementation of GP Group and Local Guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
SUPPORT DEFINE REGION GENERAL PROCUREMENT PLAN & DEMAND MGMT
• Analyze and monitor Market trends, Suppliers concentrations and Disruptive Innovations
• Identify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies according to Category Strategy and guidelines defined at Central Level
EXECUTE STRATEGIC SOURCING
• Execute strategic sourcing activities for Local Categories in line with the Group category management strategy
• Manage implementation of strategic procurement projects
DAY TO DAY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES
• Managing Day to Day PR as generated in SAP.
• Scouting Suppliers within the Ferrero Empaneled List and intoducing New Suppliers (as needed)
• Floating RFQs for various requirements and interacting with respective stakeholders for any technical inputs.
• Evaluating Techno-commercial Proposal and shortlisting of vendors.
• Aligning the Scope of Work and negotiating the commercials Terms and Conditions.
• Preparation of Commercial Comparative analysis and seek related approvals (as required) as per DOA.
• Issuance of Purchase Order and Monitoring the vendor delivery performance.
• Coordinate with Supplier and Stakeholder for any Escalation Management.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
• Manage contracts, measure and improve their utilization
HANDLE PROCUREMENT SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP
• Define Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define relationship type to set-up with key suppliers
• Build supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time.
PERFORM MASTER DATA MGMT.
• Responsible for requiring new suppliers to be added or existing suppliers to be blocked
• Support in collection of Supplier Data and communicate those data to the team in charge of uploading them in the system
MANAGE PROCESS GOVERNANCE AND PERFORMANCE
• Ensure Process Governance involving all relevant stakeholders
• Achieve targets for all GP Categories
• Assisting Auditors for any company/department related Audits.
Who we are looking for:
Graduate / Post Graduate / Engineering with 4-6 Years of experience (Any field)
MBA is advantageous.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required)
Negotiaitons, Vendor Management, SAP transcations releted to procurment, Have an experience of individually handling > 100cr of spend
