Functionally Reporting To Ranjit Singh
Overall Responsibilities And Duties:
The Role Of A Quality Assistant Engineer Is To Ensure Compliance With Standards.
Developing And Implementing Quality Control Systems To Ensure Product And Process Compliance With Customer And Industry Standards.
Monitoring and analyzing product and process performance to identify areas of improvement.
Developing and executing test plans and protocols to ensure product quality.
Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Handling Andon system & able to quick analysis of problem.
Must be aware of Calibration, why why analysis,
Able to analyze top contributor monthly analysis.
The main missions of the role are:

Knowledge and execution of IATF core tools.
Customer standards CSR, 8D, VDA6.3, PPAP,APQP

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: degree in engineering with a specialisation in Quality.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as an Quality assistant engineer in an industrial environment.
Skills and competencies:

Hands-on experience with the quality management system and testing methodologies
In-depth understanding of technical documentation
Familiar with statistical analysis
Additional certification in quality assurance is a plus.
Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management.
