YOUR TASKS
Responsible specialist for Electronics & Electromechanical materials groups for monitoring and securing quality in the assigned region.
Support Global SQA network in managing suppliers in South Asia region along with supplier development in India.
Initiate and introduce methods and processes, inclusive training within the assigned SQA organization, as well as supporting the development of standards for the responsible material group(s).
Carrying out, steering, and monitoring supplier releases.
Develop the respective suppliers regarding automotive quality/process indicators.
Involvement in creation and implementation of the supplier strategy for the respective materials group.
Key Competencies
Good understanding of DC Motors used in Automotive industry and basic technical knowhow of defect analysis
Knowledge of electronic components, PCBs, connectors, would be an advantage.
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve technical problems associated with the product group.
Good communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of IATF 16949 preferable
Good understanding of Quality analysis tools
Experience of supplier development & improvement would be preferable
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
B.Tech in Electronics and communication or any other domain
Minimum Experience would be 6 years (6~12 Years)
Experience of working in European Company would be preferable
Certified VDA 6.3 process audit would be an advantage
