Qualifications
Minimum education level: Graduate in Engineering / Business Administration
Skills and competencies
Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple high profile data analytics projects.
Ability to manage large amount of transactional data and determine trends up to part number level with win-loss analysis using statistical and analytical tools.
Working knowledge and implementation of process improvement tools across business
Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills and the inter personal skills to interact with all levels of management
Highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills
Technical proficiency in following areas is required
MS-OFFICE suite, should be very proficient in MS Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint, Access database
Overall Responsibilities And Duties:
Participate in R&D management meetings and address operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
Build business reporting and analytical models using internal and external sources of information.
Conceptualize and execute projects of strategic importance in the areas of Business Analytics and reporting.
Participate in R&D management meeting & perform budget & Strategic planning exercise.
Provide ongoing analytical support to various functions with the systematic use of both historical and predictive data to make informed business decisions.
Develop tools, scorecards, performance reports to track key metrics and value captured from various business activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance current processes to reduce risk through effective use of data analytics
Awarness of QMS policy & process.
Ensuring all work process & procedures are in line with QMS objectives & reporting any incident of deviation from QMS.
