Job Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Web Developer (MERN) to contribute to the development of AI-powered talent management platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with ML/AI Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver high-quality, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Vue, Tailwind, etc.
Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive UI/UX features.
Optimize web pages for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Work in short, iterative development cycles for rapid prototyping.
Participate in fast-paced product development with immediate feedback loops.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer in a fast-moving environment.
Experience building products from 0 to 1 (Startup experience preferred!).

Frontend Web Developer (MERN)

Technical Skills:

Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, Tailwind, animations, jQuery.
Backend: Basic knowledge of Node.js and API integration.
Version Control: Strong understanding of Git workflows and best practices.

Preferred Skills:
