JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators
Design Management: 
•    Review GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensure all typical details, cross sections, dimensions etc. as required for execution are available
•    Ensure the latest version of GFC drawings are utilized for execution by the vendors
•    Highlight discrepancies if any in drawings with respect to site condition during execution

•    Conformity to standards and project specifications
•    Timely review and update of design submissions.
•    Zero Conflicts

Construction Management: –
•    Support in development and implementation of detailed construction schedule (design development to Handing over) as per agreed timelines.
•    Execution of all types of flooring , Dado, counter tops, sanitary ware & CP fittings, Partitions and other interface works as per the quality & cost parameters specified in the contract as per agreed timelines.
•    Support & various tests being performed on Material/ Product & execution works for quality standards from time to time and report any deviations.
•    Engage with multiple contractors for Civil, structure & MEP related finishes for smooth execution of the project.
•    Support in resolving site level conflicts with interfacing/ related works such as Civil, electrical and MEP services.
•    Support in stabilizing the vendor/Contractor at the site in coordination with other departments.
•    Completion within Time, quality & Cost.
•    Zero/Minimal Conflicts.
•    Test Reports
•    Zero non-compliance on all statutory parameters

Procurement management:
•    Support in preparation of draft tender drawings, specification and BOQ for HOD approval.
•    Assist internal team & procurement team in vendor evaluation and technical evaluation of the bids, Provide Commercial inputs for price realization.

Timely closure
 
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
•Interact with Client, external consultants, vendors / contractors, BCAS , Customs , Immigration and CISF.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Reporting Manager, team members and other cross functional teams, User Departments.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

•Managing Multiple Vendors and their staff

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
•2-4 years of experience in various finishes works for commercial Buildings like Malls, Hospitals, Hotels & public utility buildings.
