JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for overall Logistics pertains to project such as Cement, Steel, Aggregate, sand and other material as required for the Project. Scope includes transportation of materials by Road, Rail or by any other means. etc.
Identify and activate related tasks to develop business and secure the same for FCC / West Zone Development consisting of Strategic Initiatives such as Air Cargo Freight & Logistic Warehousing, SEZ, Value Add Services, Operational Cohesiveness etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Search & Lock In New customers / Business line for FCC / West Zone such as SEZ, General Warehousing, Bonded Warehousing, Office Space, Logistic Parks, AFS, RFS, Multimodal Connectivity, Supply Chain Management etc.
Increase Additional Cargo throughput by Tenants at FCC / West Zone.
Increase additional Cargo Revenue due additional cargo throughput by Tenants at FCC / West Zone.
Identify & Increase Additional Revenue Streams / Value Add Services / Ancillary Streams such as undertaking operational contracts, warehouse management service, equipment and /or manpower leasing etc.
Increase Revenue due Additional Revenue Streams / Value Add Services
To Potential / Existing Customers, Provide customized services, resolve issues, provide operational support and pursue them for increasing their business from IGIA.
Successful Onboarding of New Tenants and Related Processes & Paperwork including contract management – NFAs, Proposals, License Agreements, Security Deposits, Conditions Precedents, Site Readiness HoTo, etc.
Initiate Market Campaigns / Road Shows to attract new customers and post occupancy, work with tenants to increase such business opportunities. Delve in to Data Analytics for account penetration & business growth.
Ensure timely Accurate Billing & Collection of all such accounts

Govt. Agencies – AAI, AI, DFS, MoCA, Customs, BCAS, CISF, Various Regulators, Police, MCD etc.
Concessionaires, Airlines, Potential Customers, End Customers.
Trade Bodies – ACFI, ACAAI, DCBA, FIEO etc
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Various departments – Project Team, P&E, Airside Operations, Security & Vigilance, , Procurement & Contracts.

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Estimated Revenue is approx. Rs 1800 Crs. besides the Ancillary streams, several other revenue projects & assets to be implemented within the next 5 years.

Coordination with all the internal departments for facilitation of work.
Key Stakeholder Management including JV Partner
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation – Any Stream, Preferably – Post-Graduation, Any Stream.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Total Experience: 7- 10 Years
Relevant Experience: Aviation, Business Development, Air Cargo Operations, Concession Management, Contract Management, Account Management, New Product Development, Revenue Generation, Commercial Leasing, Retail Management, Business Consultancy.
